What should I do before my appointment?
For best results, please arrive with a clean face and avoid using any heavy makeup or skincare products. If you're undergoing a specialized treatment, we may have specific pre-care instructions, so be sure to check your confirmation email.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients on our waiting list. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.
What if I’m running late?
If you're running late, please call us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to respect other clients’ time.
Do you have age restrictions for treatments?
Clients must be at least 16 years old to receive services without parental consent. We encourage minors to have an adult present for any treatments.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, credit, and debit cards.
Can I bring a friend to my appointment?
We love friendly company! However, we have limited space, so guest who are not receiving a service won’t be permitted in the space.
What if I have allergies or skin sensitivities?
Please inform your esthetician about any allergies or sensitivities during your consultation. We aim to personalize your treatment to suit your unique needs.
Do you offer package deals or memberships?
Yes! We have special packages and membership options that provide savings for clients who enjoy regular treatments. Inquire at your next visit for more details.
Common Booking Policies
Appointment Confirmation: All appointments will be confirmed via email or text 48 hours prior. A reminder email will also be sent 24 hours before your appointment.
No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notification will be charged a no-show fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
Service Adjustments: If you have specific concerns or needs, please discuss these with your esthetician during your consultation, and adjustments can be made to your treatment plan.
Health and Safety: To ensure a safe environment for all clients and staff, please refrain from visiting the studio if you exhibit any symptoms of illness.
Late Arrivals: Arriving late may shorten the time of your service. We strive to give every client the time they deserve, so we appreciate your punctuality.
